How does the free trial work?
Use all features with a demo account (virtual funds) for 14 days after signing up. No card registration required.
Are there any costs besides the plan fee?
Besides the SignalNote subscription fee, you'll pay the exchange's trading fees and funding rate. SignalNote doesn't take a cut of your profits.
What is the trading limit?
Each plan tier has a cap on the assets it can use for auto-trading: Starter 3,000 USDT, Pro 10,000 USDT, Premium 100,000 USDT.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. If you cancel before the next billing date, you won't be charged again, and you can keep using the remaining period. Refunds follow the refund policy.
What features are only in Premium?
In the Premium-only lounge, you can check the long/short probability for the top 30 coins by market cap in real time across 6 timeframes, and get priority access to 1:1 chat support.
