Free trial
After signing up, you get 14 days of free access to all features with a demo account (virtual funds). You won't be charged automatically when the trial ends.
Plan
Plans are fixed-term and do not renew automatically. Starter Monthly 49,000 KRW / Annual 492,000 KRW, Pro Monthly 99,000 KRW / Annual 984,000 KRW, Premium Monthly 199,000 KRW / Annual 1,980,000 KRW. Prices include VAT.
Withdrawal & refunds
If it's within 7 days of payment and you never turned on auto-trading during the plan period, we'll refund in full. Otherwise, we refund pro rata for the days remaining as of the request date (for annual plans, the used period is calculated at the monthly list price). If you change plans, the remaining period is automatically converted based on the new plan's price. Trading losses are not eligible for refunds.
How to request
Email Customer support along with your order number. Card payments are refunded by canceling the authorization; virtual account and bank transfer payments are returned to an account in your name within 3 business days.
