Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We keep your e-mail, an encrypted password hash, the phone number used for identity verification when that is enabled (to prevent duplicate accounts, deleted when you close your account), encrypted exchange API keys, trading records and equity history, and payment records (order number, amount, payment method, depositor name). Card numbers are handled by Toss Payments and are never stored on our servers.

Chrome extension

Signal Remix AI Chart Copilot reads only the chart symbol name on TradingView pages and sends it to the SignalNote server. Questions you type to SignalNote AI in the panel and recent conversation are sent to the server to generate answers, and chat history is kept only in the browser's extension storage. The connection key is also kept only in extension storage, and browsing history, cookies, and page content are never read or sent.

SignalNote AI and external processing

When you ask SignalNote AI, your question and the account summary needed to answer (assets, P&L, positions, engine signals) are sent to the OpenAI API to generate a reply. Email, API keys, and passwords are never sent. If you connect notifications, trade and report alerts go to Telegram; if email alerts are on, they go to your email.

Visit stats

To improve the service, we count visits per page and referral sources (previous site URL). We don't use cookies; IP and browser info are processed only as anonymous values encrypted in a way that changes daily, and the originals are not stored.

For customer support, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention, we log the access IP address, last access time, page URL, device type (PC/mobile), and referral source. The same items are logged for visitors who are not logged in. This information is visible only to operators and is automatically deleted after 30 days.

Purpose of use and retention period

Used only to run auto-trading, display signals, and confirm payments. When you delete your account, we delete your API keys and trade history; payment records are kept for 5 years as required by the Korean E-Commerce Act.
